Since the first edition of 2011 Valfredda has been alongside the Arketipos association in the development of the “I Maestri del Paesaggio” festival which is held every year in September in Bergamo. Always, as founding members of the association, we are committed to spreading an idea of professional gardening and landscaping trying to involve professionals through the International meeting and the general public through many related activities and the design of this temporary event in the most important square of Bergamo. Unlike many flower shows, this space is interactive for the people who live the city and through this experience we invite them to a discussion on the landscape styles developed and on the way in which green changes the way of live, feel and enjoying different spaces.
EDITION 2014 – PETER FINK
The 2014 edition was designed by the colorful English designer Peter Fink, the challenge was not only to find colorful plants in full bloom in that season of the year but to identify edible plants in three macro areas, useful for health and for the cosmetic field all with the designer’s final ok as regards the aesthetic impact, this too was a very complex challenge.
